The Challenge

This luxury estate presented a complex irrigation challenge: a large property with multiple distinct areas including expansive front and back lawns, a pool and patio area, landscaped beds, a pond, and perimeter plantings. The homeowner needed comprehensive coverage that could be managed efficiently while accounting for the different watering needs of each zone.

Our Solution

We designed and installed a sophisticated 3-controller irrigation system with 14+ zones providing complete property coverage. Controller 1 manages the front yard and main lawn areas with 6 zones. Controller 2 handles the backyard and pool area with 4 zones optimized for the unique microclimate around the pool. Controller 3 covers the side yards, perimeter, and pond area with 4 zones. Each controller operates independently, allowing for precise scheduling based on sun exposure, plant types, and soil conditions in each area.
