Emergency Irrigation System Repair & Upgrade

Our diagnostic evaluation identified a major leak in the main line, 6 broken sprinkler heads, and 2 zones with incorrect nozzles causing both overwatering and dry spots. We repaired the main line leak, replaced all damaged heads with matched-precipitation-rate nozzles, and adjusted head spacing for optimal coverage.

We also upgraded the controller to a Rachio 3 smart controller, allowing the homeowner to monitor and control their system from their phone. With weather-based scheduling and the leak fixed, their water bill returned to normal and the lawn recovered within weeks.
